Terms and Conditions
- No show will result in auto-disqualification.
- Any bikes except electric or motor assisted bikes are allowed for the race.
- To qualify, participants must complete all three segments: swim, bike, and run.
- No earphone/headphones are not allowed at any time.
- The organizer shall not be held liable in the unlikely event of missing or damaged items.
- Swim safety buoys, fins, paddles, pool buoys, snorkels or any other swimming aids are not allowed.
- Be careful at the water stations. This is usually the area where most of the items like gel packs and bottles are dropped and the road can be extremely slippery.
DNF (Do Not Finish) and Disqualification
- No show on the race day.
- Skipping laps, taking short cuts and not following the racecourse will result in DNF.
- Failure to wear timing chips or bib number properly.
- Bib and/ chip transfer or racing on behalf of another person will be disqualified.
- Failing to follow the race rules and regulations will result in DNF.
- Arriving later than start time will result in DNF.
- DNF won’t receive the finisher medals and finisher T-shirt but will receive DNF T-shirt.
- The swim, bike and run disciplines have time limitations. Participants that do not make the time limit will receive DNF status.
- Participants must wear a helmet before getting on their bicycle, if any participants are found without a helmet after crossing the starting line will be automatically DNF.
- Participants are required to place their bicycles and gear at their designated location in the transition area.
Cut-off Time
- 26.5 Elite Male – 2 hrs 45 mins (30 mins swim cut-off time)
- 26.5 Elite Female – 3 hrs 15 mins (35 mins swim cut-off time)
- 26.5 Open – 3 hrs 50 mins (45 mins swim cut-off time)
- 26.5 Relay – 3 hrs 50 mins (45 mins swim cut-off time)
- Sprint Open – 1 hrs 35 mins (35 mins swim cut-off time)
Relay's Rules and Regulations
- Relay teams can have 2 or 3 athletes – one swimmer, one cyclist and one runner. Participants can be either the same or mixed gender. The minimum age of a participant is 12 years old and legal guardian’s or parents’ consent is needed for participants under 18yrs old.
- Participants must hand over in the dedicated Relay Handover area in Transition prior to beginning the next leg.
- In the event of any controversy, the decision of the referees will be final.
- Breach of any of the above rules will result in disqualification.
Team Ranking
- Only Open category athletes can join to form a team to compete for team ranking. Team ranking will be based on overall average finish time; for example, 3 people team with Athletes 1 finishing at 3hrs, Athlete 2 finishing at 3hrs 15min and Athlete 3 consuming at 3hrs 30min, the team ranking will take average of these 3 athletes finish time as 3hr 15min team finish time.
- Team ranking is available in both 26.5 and Sprint distance Open category. Team formation can be mixed gender.
Upgrading and downgrading
Participants may upgrade their race category (e.g., from Sprint to 26.5) by paying the price difference +35,000 ks (admin fee). All upgrades must be requested before 30th Sep, 2025 and for downgrading, will not refund the price difference.

- Early Bird Deadline: Aug 31, 2025 or up to 150 registrations
- Registration Deadline: Sep 30, 2025
- Expo day – Oct 25, 9am to 4pm
- Bike drop off – Oct 25, 6am to 6pm
- Race Day: Oct 26, 2025 (Sunday)
Timing Chip and BIB Number
Timing chip and BIB Number must be collected and activated at the Expo day.
- Timing chip will be provided along with race bib. The chip must be worn visibly on the ankle and BIB number must be worn visibly at the front of the body.
- Timing chip must be returned right after the race and 350,000 MMK penalty will be charged for a lost timing chip.
- All registrations, BIB and timing chip assigned are strictly prohibited from being swapped or worn by another person on race day. A person running with a BIB and timing chip not assigned to them will result in the disqualification of the person wearing the BIB and timing chip, who is running with the unmatched BIB and timing chip. The person to whom the BIB is registered will also be disqualified.
- All participants must wear, always, the official BIB and the timing chip at the start line, race route, and finish line to be identified and treated as a participant of the race.
- Race BIB’s must be pinned on the front of the participant’s singlet, shirt, or shorts and must always be clearly visible, while on the racecourse and finish line. Participants who can’t be verified as they pass through officials and checkpoints due to missing or obscured race numbers may be determined to have cut the course and removed from the results or disqualified. Race BIB numbers may not be folded or cut.
Membership
SCSC is a members-only club. We offer two types of Memberships. Subscription membership enjoys unlimited access to the club while package membership enjoys credit-based membership with flexibility.
